my nephew got it last night. graphics and game play looks real good. seems to be a slow start at first. a lot of talking and walking around. but he was doing a lot of checking out the scenes and towns and what not and not concetrating too much on moving forward with the tasks and stuff. didn't see him play any online stuff.

great game beat in quick lol i couldnt put the controller down, it came out two days after the semester ended

The reviews say it takes about 20 hrs of play time to complete the game...you must have done alot of playing!!!

I ended up purchasing a copy, but have yet to unwrap it because I am afraid I won't be able to turn it off. I played about 5 minutes worth of it at my bro in laws and that was enough to make me drop $65 bucks on it.

I have an addictive personality!

I enjoyed it enough in the 5-10 minutes I played it to buy it.

Picture GTA meets Modern warefare, set to a western theme...that pretty much sums up Red Dead Redemption.

I do however believe that it is one of those games that you will either love, or hate...there will be no inbetween.

And I for one, love open world games!
