Red Devil development

I would like to share the changes my red devil has been going through to see if its normal or not
So when I got him he was about 1.5" and white and he had been progressively been getting more orange/pink until he hit 2.5"
Now he is getting more orange/red but the thing that has developed over the past few days have been
his dorsal and anal fin has gotten black/navy blue tips and his dorsal fin has changed to a light blue almost white shade

so I will keep track of these changes and Im also wondering if these are so far normal because his tank mates at the LFS were all hybrids

My red devil fins turn black all the time when groing out so to my knowledge that's normal!!

yes it is normal, they go through a few different color changes

Mine when threw colur changes like that so it's normal. Don't worry.

ok cool, these new markings have become a lot more vibrant
I was just kind of worried as it showed up pretty much over night

Though not all the same fish, they are all from the same parents. All the fry that I've grown out go through these same color changes.

The RDs are the smaller fish in the first pic










These last three are all of the same fish. Only male I grew out to adult.
