I have nice relationship with my LFS owner, and If I sold the fish back to the store how is that horrible.I guess I don't care for any off them in my area but I'm sure there are a few good ones somewhere!!! Think about it, you buy a fish for $15 and grow it out. It is now the size of a $50 dollar fish. When you return it you will probably get a $5 dollar store credit towards a fish that is marked up 300%!!!

I've never brought back a fish, but I'm not against it.
What if the fish is doing damage to other fish, or is on the other end of a beat down.
If you need to move a fish ASAP, the LFS is your fastest choice.
When you do the CL or forum, you still have to wait around to gather interest.
1 of the LFS I frequent get some really interesting trade ins.
He also gives you a good deal when you need to trade something.
Last time I was there I saw I saw a really nice RTM, obviously a trade in cause it had some size on it.
I'm on a hunt for a bigger tank so I can hopefully snag that fish.
I almost never seen RTM's anywhere locally as nice as this 1.
