Not seen them that pale before, certainly stunning in a different way

Thank you ..plain and pale .... lol .... the pale is probably a little too do with their stress ..now that they are calm , cool and collected again they will probably get a little darker..

I had a little Painted Turtle a few months ago, about the same size as yours, but I was dumb enough to put him in our 700 gallon pond, then we had a big rainstorm and the little bitty turtle got swept away.

Great looking Black Ghost, I've always wanted one, but never gotten a tank big enough for one. Got a 55 in the basement that I might use, but I'm not sure if that's big enough.

You've got quite the collection, you should be proud!

well maybe the little paint got swept away to another great pond somewhere hopefully.. i love my two and i really enjoy raising them.. thank you..my black ghost is so hardy and grows like a weed..never had one like this before.. a 55gal would be fine for your black ghost for quite awhile.. maybe a year or more... i saw them in the LFS today..they were an inch long and needle thin.. if you got one like that it would take a long while to grow.. sooo tiny!! Let me know if you decide to get one and i will give a few tips ..

I meant the fish pics you took weren't coming up and then they were there. Guess I was too impatient. But pics of the local fish would be very sweet of you.
