I really love oscars and RDs/Midas myself, but I avoid the mix.
In a 200 gal, assuming you have enough Oscars/P bass, it should be enough fish to keep your RD from targetting any one enough to kill them. I don't think your RD will kill them, but you honestly never know.
With that being said, the thing you have to watch out for IMO, is ensuring your Oscars are WAY smaller than your RD. You don't want them to challenge the RD. Oscars will try to 'lip lock' with the RD, and the RD will snap your Oscar's jaws. Happened to me 2x. Don't mix them anymore for that reason.
