Looks like I may be getting them, is $50 a decent price for these fish? That is what they are listed at, I've never bought any fish at this size before, the original plan was to buy a single RD and grow him out in the tank but I really just happened upon these two. Also, any tips on making a decent divider?

As for a divider, here's a "rough" guide.
1. Take a section of light defuser, cut to size.
2. Take two lengths of PVC, cut a notch out of one side. (For the light defuser to slot in.) I simply did this with a hand saw.
3. Drill holes in the other, for suction caps.
Then all you need to do is attach the lengths of PVC to the walls of your tank, slot the light defuser in and you have a ready made divider.
