Red Devil? Thoughts?

Here are some pictures of my female pure red devil (f1) that I purchsed from Rapps.
Here are some pictures of my female "red devil" that I purchased from a reputable fish store. When I purchased her seven years ago she was about an inch long and yellow. The last picture shows her with eggs just in case anyone doesn't beleive she is a female.
The thing is that the people at the local fish stores can't even say for sure if the fish they are selling you are pure. They purchase their fish from wholesalers so it is pretty hard to prove if they are pure or not. Odds are that if you purchased it from a local shop it isn't pure though. They aren't intentionally lying they just can't know for sure (most of the time).
