I believe the hump is developed along with a feeling of dominance. It is possible in a 190 but with them being so large if they didn''t grow up together it might not go well. If you wanna pack it with a few more you would probably be alright IMO

I think your right ..that is the only way it would have a chance unless they grew up together.. or enormous tank.

oh i not arguing what you said. i got 3 125's and i don't think i could do it with "my" fish. i was just stating that it has been done, and worked.

190 gallon might be to small for 4, but thats a big tank meybe if you added lots of retreat spots. females do get nuchal humps as well,somtimes, males will get realy big ones if they are dominant or agressive.
take a look at my little guy i had only about 4 inches and started his before that he looked like crap seemed to grow over night!
