Red devil

I have a question on something, i have 2 red devils small about 2 inches do you think that i could keep them in with a snapping turtle... in a 55 gallon tank full of water because i know that snappers are primarily aquatic... in nature it will have about 3 inches of water missing because of my dinosaur eel so that he can breathe the air..... do you think this could happen......? :WHOA:
 
just becareful, snappers will eat anything, other than that you should be fine.
by the way nice thread, dovii are my favorite fish also, they are the best :grinyes:
 
If they had plenty of hiding space, maybe. But, the bigger issue is how long do you plan on keeping them in there? I had a single RD in a 55 gallon, and I just had to move him to a 75 because he ran out of room.
 
A snapping turtle and 2 Red Devils will never be compatible. Especially not in a 55 gallon. Think bigger and lose the turtle or give him his own tank.

Those are NICE ones....i was eyeing them too.No space though:(:(:(:( I liked the ones with the most white in 'em.So you saw the SRT(supposedly) then?
