seriously if you use the search function you will find many threads where masses of people have given their opinions regarding red devils and what happens when you shoehorn fish in general. you are currently getting scraps

What do you mean "Exactly"...you have no knowledge, you contribute top posts you know nothing about and you pollute the integrity of this resource...
If you don't want intelligent answers don't ask questions here.....My estimation is that you are probably a spoiled brat who could care less if you provided proper care for your fish.
 
who are u to tell me how much i kno.to me it sounds like ur to emberessed to tell about your own fish.and since u kno everything lets see what kind of fish u have and their tanksize and filteerration.and im positive my fish are better tooken care of then yours.

Seriously though Large unless you are going to listen to what people say what is the point of asking us. And also I will not post a reply unless I know for 100% sure that I am correct and know what I'm talking about (except once I was wrong :( ) This is a great place to gain knowledge which is my main reason for being here. Someday I will be able to answer more questions but right now I just do a lot of searching on here and elswhere on the net trying to learn more. Honestly after reading you topics it seems like you end up disagreeing with the people who know their cichlids and listening to the crap advice that gets posted on here (not much). I'm not trying to argue with you or put you down just trying to reason with you. Justin I don't believe is trying to offend but was sincerely trying to help you. Now this thread is turning into some lame little kid type forum flamefest.

Basically what I'm saying is listen to the good advice and ignore the crap, even if the good advice isn't what you wanted to hear.

and how is that necessary to say, "ooo and what kind of fish do you have!?!?!?", i'll tell you what you sound like, a lil kid, you probably are..... y would he be embarassed to say what fish he has.. ill tell you what fish i have, i wont be embarassed, but i just have to ask you how is that necessary.....
 
as far as the original price question...out here we dont buy reds there a dime a dozen...scoop nets and a buckets/large bins is all we need... i find it hard to believe there not in streams and rivers all over...
