Okay so he killed about 10 of my fish from texas cichlids, vieja spcies to large 5 inch convicts because he started breeding. I got about 1k-2k fry every month from him and kept a lot but got annoying and sold most of them. I still have his fry but they're adults about 6-8 inches.

I had to get rid of him he killed his female and he was a mean son of a gun after he bred. I couldn't even get close to the tank he would splash water and hit the tank. I had to let him go to a good home it was time. I couldn't add anything with him so I sold him.

If anyone is in the Chicago area I have about 20-30 left about an inch. lol The mother was a white red devil with some orange (creamsickle).
 
Here's his son lol he's 8 inches last time I measured him.

I knew I would keep his son since I kept the fry in a different tank so wasn't hard to let go.

The females are 2-4 inches and the biggest males is him.

I kept maybe the 15th batch it's the last batch before he killed her. I still have them lol

He sounds awesome. You didn't need any other fish, true wet pet... Buy him back please!-)

Hes very LONG and not that tall.

I bought him at a foot long and it took him 6 years to grow only a few more inches. He wouldn't fit in a bucket when I sold him I had one of those boxes at the fish store I had to give him away in.

Beautiful, I like his mouth/head shape, reminds me of a whale :)
