red devils breeding ??

no, what type of dithers do you think would work in this tank ? besides his female he has either killed or tried killing every fish that i have put in the tank

I was trying to wait for someoneelse to jump in... But I never tried dithers with my pair. I just got frustrated with them and split them up. I'm not sure but if I were to try I would try something quick like a tinfoil barb. Hopefully someone else can give you better options.
 
I'm thinking about using dithers for my pair. I Put them together last night with out a light and she got battered up a little again. But I've heard tinfoil barbs, like crush329 said work well, or silver dollars
 
No dithers for me. I went and bought three big pieces of driftwood at petsmart the fake kind and with holes all in it looks really nice and doesn't have fungus white crap growing on it ! So after I put those pieces in they were both really comfortable her tube was all the way out within a day or two and she laid eggs .Today when i went to feed them at 12 i seen a few fry swimming around . Went to get my phone to video it and came back and they were no where to be found .Also where they laid eggs i can't see that well because the driftwood has good hiding spots in the back of it. Well I had to go to work ,got home and was determined to find them turned off there lights and used my flashlight on my phone and finally found them . Good job man! Glad to hear they successfully bred. My male killed his female last week, so I got him a new female. The new female is a little bigger but he is still pretty aggressive to her. Getting ready to put them in a 90g.

was able to fix the video format . so now its the correct way . So yea they are still good today, gonna have to go get smaller first bites food or something or a turkey baster so i can shoot the food where they are being hid by mom they try to go out swimming and she sucks them up and takes them back to the dritwood ha the dad hits the glass so hard everytime i go by the tank . I think i have only seen about 30 or so but i am sure there are more
