red eared slider not growing?

hi i have ahd a red eared slider that ahs not grown very much in the last 4 years hes only about 6 inches or less maybe 5 and i feed him all kinds of stuff and he has a big tank to himself and all the requirements i looked up so much im basically an expert why si he not growing:S
 
Do you have any pictures of his set up? It might be a male, since they don't get to large.

That was my next question, does it have big long front claws?
 
it is a male but hes smaller them normal males:S i knwo a lot bout turtles i was just wondering is there soemthign i dont knwo that could be affecteing it hes eating rewally good and his shell is really healthy and all his colors r bright but hes just staying the same size:S weird he hand feeds and is very fast ahah on land man he can outrace me not really but hes fast i dunno hes really healthy maybe he just dont wnana grow and bigger ahha
i have more thne the tank requirements say ahha 4 times shell lentgh 2 times high and 2 times wide mine is 9 times long 3 times wide and 3 and half tiems high:S
 
I don't know what size that is, can you get us a pic? They start to grow slower around the ages of 4-6 so I wouldn't be too concerned,

And when I said not knowing the size I ment the tank, not the turtle.
 
a lot of males top out at that size. maybe you don't know that much about turtles. what size tank is it being kept in?

btw, 6 inches is a healthy size for an adult male res.
