I don't have any tanks above 100 gallons, so I'm going to wait until I have a big enough tank, for now, I think I might buy some African chiclids......

If you like fire eels but don't have the tank size for them, there are quite a few similar eels that would work for smaller tanks (e.g. zig zag eels and peacock eels only need about 30 gallons, and zebra spiny eels need about 40 gallons).
