Could be lymphocistis....

But wait for better opinions.

If it is it has no cure but fish live with it..it comes and goes.....

Could be a sign of limpho....

Could be a sign of limpho....

if it is lymphocistis is there anything I can do to help it? other than obviously keep good water conditions etc....from what little I know of this virus it is kind of like common colds in humans, not fatal at all but when fish are stressed or in poor conditions etc they become more prone to coming down with it?

Exactly that, imho.

Keep your water as best you can...some nosules will appear here and there, some scarish tissue, but otherwise they act normal.

I have several rescues with that. Sometimes nosules appear, some times fish are allmost completey clear of it ( scar appearance remains... )

But wait for other oponions. Since i hardly see anything i am just guessing.

bump??

ok so I got a video....this is much clearer I hope! :)

I would say limpho.

yeah my big midas has been getting a bit overly nasty towards him and my red devil...so the limpho theory would make sense, as they are probably the most stressed in the tank because of this, I am thinking I may even have to let the big midas go....as does cause a lot of problems in there when he has one of his bad days! lol
