Red head geos

Ill get them in a 125 then.. will dithers help? Also what are good tankmates for them?
 
I kept mine with Angels and large Roselines and other small cichlids as well. Aboutt 20 fish in a 80 gallon tank so very heavily stocked and they only chased each other. Dithers won't hurt but I'm not sure if they help much either
