Red heart parrot with tails cut-off look quite disgusting. The petstore owner said that they are same as kkp, can also lay eggs, is that true?
I like their none deformed lips, nice red, and sloping head and wondering what bred them?
 
whats are you asking?

They're blood parrots with their tails cut off. Some of them might be king kong parrots but I doubt it. Only a moron would cut his fishes tail and a moron probably would not have access to quality kkp's. Any LFS who sells fish with cropped tails is just as big of a piece of .... as the person cropping their tails off. Of course it can lay eggs why wouldn't it be able to?
 
they aren't kkps because most of their mouths aren't deformed and their color are redder than blood and kkp.
If they are kkp, they will be much much more valuable with their tails.
Maybe they were bred taillessly.

Definitely not bred without a tail. Someone cut it at some point.

one without tail is usually redder and less deformed head.
 
Unfotunately because of buy and demand, these sorts of fish are still being produced,
and IMO give hybrids, and hybrid keepers a bad name..
DON'T buy these fish, and the shops will have no choice but to sell something else instead..
