The "chunk" will probably fill out as she regrows muscle tissue. The pelvic fins will not though.

You know your fish better than I do. I will say that she's putting a lot of energy into rebuilding and recovery, and probably won't be ready to put much energy into producing eggs for a while. Who knows though.
