Ok my previous thread was deleted due to pic problems. So quick run through of what happened. My brand new rapps red isletas was attacked by my lungfish who is no longer with us but is now at the lfs again. I separated him with a fake root to hide in and he didn't move from it for a day. I switched out the root for a pot and he's now swimming around more. Got some pics of the outcome of the attack and pics from today...

So is this a infection or something and do I need to put meds in the tank?

the pics of wound aren't crisp. can't tell if the wound has fuzzy/fungus, if the flesh is re-growing... or if it's some dead Meat Flap.
;-)
read the thread about the oscar bitten in half & follow the water instructions.

Gonna get some meds and put her in my 20 gallon
