Red monkey FH should i get it?

Looks kinda like mine.. Guess all RM's kinda do though.. LOL It's a nice fish for the $. I love my RM.

That's when they were smaller. Mines about the same size as that one you're looking at maybe with a little bigger head. They fade slow and up til now have grown fast. I have JP's Bulldog, JP's Kamalau, a couple others and the RM is still definately one of my favorites. He is seriously the most aggrevated fish I've ever met. He attacks his heater for no reason. Look out world when he's 12"+ lol

That's a awkward picture of that fish. You can't really see how wide the fish in the auction is. I know mine is pretty wide which is an attractive trait. Mine is about as red as that fish at this point. Head is about the same, I say maybe a little more because mine has a hump but might be very close. IDK JP could probably compare the two better than I could. He's way better at comparing fin/body shape than I am at this point. lol I'll see if JP can give his opinion, I asked him to..

I guess my thought is you can't go wrong for $75.00. Is this your only option for a replacement fish?

If you had the money I'd get one of those SRT over the RM. The RM is a nice fish, but you take a chance on how it will look when its done fading. The SRT is done fading and can only get better. My .02. I might be biased because I don't have a SRT in my collection yet. lol
