You're right. They don't usually fade to red at that young size but this one does. That's a reason why he got a big price tag. You can always try the one not fade yet and growth him out. But that's more like gambling :)

Rose queens fade they start off looking like synspilums. I've owned both species. Saying you're the only one collecting them in the states is just ignorance and proof you don't know what you're talking about. Just because you've got the money doesn't mean you know the strains better than anyone else. Good luck on your asking prices they're as ridiculous as your logic. Can't wait to breed my red monkey and start making thousands..

I do know he has sold one at about that price so they are selling or at least one has been sold....
