Red on my silver arowana

Hi guys im new here and i was just wondering wether a silver arowana can have red markings. Cos its been three mths since i got my silver aro and he started to have red marks i just thought that is was just getting used to the tank but its still there. Theres no parameter problem just a bacterial outbreak last time but its ok now hope u pro guys can help me.
P.S i am kind of a beginner here so sry for any newbie mistakes

Agreed, my silver has the same markings towards the rear

Yes perfectly normal. Mins about a foot and he has red right at the beggining of his fins all the way down slanting forwards.... Like little scars only they arent scars lol

My sister's old silver aro had some really nice red markings on it. It was a beautiful fish.
 
What’s the issue with my Aro? He has been absolutely fine but now his scales are blackish and he is having swimming issues . What to do ? Please help.
