There's Ludwigia Sp. Red that always grows red in all light conditions. Its like a mini Repens has smaller leaves. Almost all red plants need higher light.
Here's a pic of my 25g. In the bottom left and top middle is some Ludwigia Sp. Red. I also have Ludwigia Repens Ruben middle and Ludwigia Sp. Atlantis on the right. On the very far left bottom and back corner right is Ludwigia Ovalis
