Red Sev mates - he ate the rest

Colombian tetras? I have a group of 10 and they are pretty deep and very fast. also blue and red so some nice colours.
I've kept a rotkeil with boesmani rainbows and it worked great, or another suggestion Golden Wonder Panchax, they are basically bigger predatory guppies, males are yellow and females are grey, the female i had was coming upto 5" which is pretty damn big for these guys, I kept a mixed group of about 5 and they worked great, lots of personality.

I will have to see the rainbows and the columbians in person to gauge.
My initial thought is that the columbians are too dense at adulthood for my tank.
I still want the Sev to pop in size and color -- but I do like the columbian colors as they will accent his orange/red.
The Panax...looked at a pic or two, they look like big killifish. Are they fast enough to get away?

theyre basically larger predatory killifish, i absolutely loved mine they are like little miniature hujeta gars with more colour. lots of personality too, i do recomend them.
as for the columbians, the largest one i have is about 3" long and 1" deep, so not huge, but in a group they look bigt compared to other fish. their fins turn less red when you need to do a water change and turn really bright afterwards so they are a pretty good at telling you your tank quality
