Red Severum HELP

Bad news ... The stingray bit off the head of my smallest sev overnight a few days ago. Yesterday I caught him trying to do the same with the biggest one but I saved him and moved the two to a empty 20 gallon long I recently set up. He suffered a nasty eye injury and some missing scales on his head but it looks like it will all heal. (I'm not sure about his eye though) any ways wish me luck they are still kinda shocked from the move right now

Yeah what you might want to do is just keep it in the small tank and just keep up with the water change and add mela fix to help with the wound. Make sure the tank is well aerated.

Yup. Here is a couple pics of the injuries. It's kinda blurry but that's the best I can do with my iPod. And his other eye is fine. The tank looks bad but I didnt have time to decorate it. When I moved them. It's the best I can do for now till they can go back with the ray.

i was in no way implying gills and thrills, mislables fish. i was saying that CHICAGOLAND, mislables this fish. everyone thinks they are buying super reds, but when they grow out they have golds that show nice red. i think g&t was dupped just like everyone else. i am excited about the new owners, and look foward to visiting the store when they are done with all the work they are doing.

Ok I see. And I agree. The owner of gills and thrills is actually the brother of the owner of animal island pet shop in midlothian. If you haven't been there you should definitely check it out because its great.
