massivore should provide your RTC with most everything it needs, however its a poor idea to feed any one food solely. vary it up between massivore or other sinking wafers, market shrimp, fish fillets, earthworms etc....
by the way, you do know just how large a redtail catfish can, and WILL grow, correct??
I used to feed mines market shrimp, sinking pellets and sinking algae wafers. How big is the rtc you have? If you have smaller fishes in the same tank as your rtc, make sure you feed it REAL WELL... or else your smaller fishes WILL BECOME the food!! i have lost a few fishes to my rtc before... 
And i really didn't think that it would be able to swallow them cause they were pretty decent size themselves... but it happened.
