So guys got a rtc today and I didn't know it would be so small, the thing is it's literally two inches the other fish pick on it but I'm sure they won't kill it, he's just two inches, can you guys help me in some way. How should I feed it, i can't feed it meat it's so small, what I'm doing is that I'm getting medium pellets and I Crush it into a powder form so that it sinks, and so that it fits in its mouth will it survive? Am I feeding him in a right way. Please first picture the guy that picks on him

Just be patient. He will eat they sometimes take a week to adjust, pretty soon you will start a thread titled "how can I stop my rtc from eating me out of my house". Trust me I've had one, you will be going through tilapia like tic tacs or something XD

Don't worry, and listen to what everyone is saying.
They know what they're talking about.
I fed it a piece of chicken today it ate it but even the smallest piece it can't eat and if he does it fills his stomach. Pellets I tried many times. He doesn't eat them. Other then that how many times should I feed them in a day? Since their only one or two inches big.

Hello,
First of all I would change substrate to some type of sand preferably so it´s easier for him to find on smaller things and then try to give him blood worms.

It can't hurt to make a divider so the parrot cichlid does not pick on the rtc. Also the etc will bet 5 feet as an adult. :nilly:

If the picking stresses him out, he won't eat or won't eat well and he soon will perish.

RTC eat all manner of pelleted foods once accustomed to them. It can take time to get accustomed to new foods for them. Right now, there is no luxury of time as he needs to bulk up asap. So whatever he eats, keep giving it to him (just not fatty meats of warm-blooded animals; lean is ok as a compromise at this moment).

Estimate his stomach size (by eyeballing) and feed until his tummy is distended. Repeat when it goes back to flat, which with little ones can be every day, every two days.

Can use a PVC pipe to get the food down right to him past all other over-zealous feeders, oscars, cichlids, etc.
