Red Tail Catfish Tankmates

I have one RTC in a 5 foot tank.Alone with no other tank mates.The size of the fish is 9-10 inch.


Then i found a guy selling RTC with same size (9-10inch).I was wondering if I can put them together in the tank.I know the tank will not be enough for them.I will move them to my pond when they get bigger.Will they fight if I put them together?The tank is bare bottom and there is no hiding place.

Should be fine keep an eye on aggression if one is beating on the other separate them.

Yah just keep an eye and make sure they are both getting food or one will grow bigger than the other and aggression will probably occur
