It's an RTG. Can't tell if it's a classic or high back since it's in WTT. The scales look a little unique.

Those scales don't like right for an RTG. Could possibly be a crossbreed of RTG and Green.

After looking at it carefully. It doesn't seem like an RTG anymore. It has scales like a Green Aro with some snakeskin. The coloration on the finnages represent an RTG. Could be a crossbred of RTGxGreen.

You live in Singapore(AROLAND). what does the cert say? If you have doubts go to a reputable LFS /farm and get a chipped/certified aro and you wont have to take a chance on what type of aro it is.
