They should get bigger than both rtc and the tsn they are crossed with, as perfect said hybrid vigour will see to that, it happens in plants as well as animals.

i have a rtc, a rtc x tsn, and a tsn, and my tsn is a runt, my rtc is growing normal, it had a hell of a head start on my hybrid and the hybrid is doing everything it can to catch it. also the hybrid is constantly swimming already at only 7" he is always on the move, and always hungry.

I recently got a rtcxtsn a couple days ago. I had been doing a bunch of research on them, and posted up about debating on getting one or not....btw....I convinced hubby on building an indoor pond in the garage in case the rtcxtsn and marbled pim get too big for the 265g before we move into a bigger place....

I've not seen one for sale other than on this forum online. I got mine at the lfs. In my area, not many ppl sell their monster fishies, or tanks. Very hard to come by.
