This is very annoying, as its not really all that clear as to what it is. Add half a dose of Melafix to the water, as it will help to calm the fish and heal the wound. If you can isolate it in a smaller tank that would make treatment so much easier. Keep us updated, there are a few other tricks you can do if all else fails.

so you have all 3 in the same tank??? sure thats not a head wound from an attack or knocking into somethin trying to get away?
