Red Terror and Jaguar

I've been doing some research and wanted to get opinions on how well a Red Terror (Festae) and a Jaguar would do in a 6x2 150 gallon tank? Would it help to add another fish? If so what type? Or would adding something else just be adding fuel to the fire?

i wopuld ad others as dithers and stuff like maybe some green terrors ,convicts, and silver dollers

I'm pretty sure a 6x2 is a 180 because my 150 is 6x1 1/2. Really depends on the fish but both will be pretty aggressive so they will have to enter watched closely

yeah its a 180 , for sure add dithers and other fish , because if not they will fight over who gets the tank for them selves , or just go with a breeding pair

So what are you thinking? add a GT and some silver dollars or what about and arowana? Texas Cichlids? What would you do? Thanks

I have a freddy and a festae together with silver dollars, plecos and a few other cichlds. If they are small enough and have a few other things to focus on (mates) you should be ok. Sex of the fish can play a role too. My festae(female) only really has issues with the other girls in the tank from time to time. She gets along with the males great. Something to consider.....my female gt had to be removed because she and the festae could not coexist in an 8' tank

Have you done this succesfully? Could I just get a male and female and they would pair up? Or would I have to get a few of each?
