Red Terror and Midas? ID Please

Flowerhorn, Blood parrot or Citrinellum x Labiatum......... It's still a ****ing Hybrid.

No need to bring in the "I love/hate hybrids" debate here.

But marc is right. Unless you order the fish from a reputable breeder as a true labiatus or citrinellum, it is most certainly a hybrid of the two Rd/Midas.

If indeed it is a mix of the two then a hybrid it is. It was sold to me as a midas, but you are probably right. As to the other fish, it has lightened up and I see a very clear Y bar on the first stripe. It appears as though it is a Red Terror! I will post a picture as soon as my wife returns with the camera on Saturday.

Hey here's a local fish store in South Seattle area, i was at Midway Tropical Fish & Pets in Kent on Highway 99 so far has not disappointed me the last few weeks i've gone there. They have a very large Monsters you see as you head into the fish room.
