Red Terror Cichlid Growth?

There will always be some that just stay small, Its not pretty, and I don't like doing it, but i will usually cull the very small or weakest ones out of a spawn.

Man, I wouldn't cull fish just because they are small not growing as fast as others. At least give them a chance and sell or donate them. I've had smaller and weaker fish turn out to be really nice.

Culling is to weed out the ugly ducklings or deformed fish not because of size. I've had festaes that grew like too once I toke out the bigger ones the ones that was growing slower started to gain size.
