That Def. a festae....nice one at that......Festae females can either have black or blue bars..
depends on location, mood, stress, gravel, etc....my point is that many things can change the color of the stripes......most people look at the dorsal and if there is black in it then it's probably a female....now yours has blue in it's dorsal instead of black but no diff. IMO Def. a female....nice.....

Definitely Festae. The ocellus is small and circular as opposed to oval-shaped and covering most of the peduncle.
