Chances are that his tankmates will have the parasites as well. So yes you'd be better off treating the whole tank. IMO it is much better to dissolve the tablets before adding them to the aquarium. Good luck.

I have a dilemma though, no one around here sells treatments for internal parasites just external. Any other suggestion for treatment?

You should be able to find Jungle Buddies Parasite Clear at most Superstores. Walmart usually has them in their pet supply aisle.

I looked at walmarts selection and all they had were the fungus clear buddies.

I've also found them at Marsh/Kroeger/Meijer etc. They are usually more expensive there but they may have them. BTW what part of Indiana are you from?

If you think your fish can wait you could always order some online. Putting myself in your position I'd open the phone book and start calling all the local Superstores. G/L
