Hmm, this thread, particulary the first pic, got me thinking about my little group. Their tail spots are quite big but have a bright blue ring around them. Some of them have the Y shaped bar, is that a sure sign of festae?

I'll try get some decent photos of them, but it is hard, they don't stay still long and are pretty shy.

David R, you are all set with real Festae so no worries!!!! Yours are not mayans!!

My fisrt red terror I didn't even know what I was buying. was in a tank labeled red flowerhorn next to a tank labeled red terrors. now I'm hooked. click on my profile and look thriugh my 150 gallery for some pics. the one I posted earlier was a pretty bad one of my new females.

Yeah thanks, I posted that before posting the pics. I'm pretty glad I got the real thing, they weren't exactly cheap giventhat they came from the other side of the world!!
