Well, the zoo director here is curious about red terrors and Piranhas co-existing in the same exhibit. Would it be possible? And, would the be able to house in another exhibit that has an aro, niger cat, freshwater stingray, and a severum? Please let me know because I am going to be getting a female red terror and the extras are hopefully going to be sent to the zoo if they can co-exist with Piranhas.

i wouldnt risk pirhana with rays unless it was one big ass rays and some smaller pirhana.

I would say yes if the terrors established themselves first. Seeing as the piranhas are already inhabiting the territory and associating people with being fed they would see any incoming fish as food. No matter how aggressive the fish it can not fend against established piranhas. It may be possible if the piranhas were so well fed that they would ignore the terror in the crucial first few hours in which introduced cichlids are extremely stressed and timid.

If you are willing to risk the festae then I would be certain that the P's are stuffed. I have heard of set ups in which piranha are kept with other fish so long as they are well fed.

Hm, well I will most likely will be watching how they handle putting the red terrors in, if the director is okay with me helping. Would it be okay to take out the Ps when the red terrors are first introduced and then let them settle in and then add in the Ps afterwards?

No way, even at 1" RBP's tend to nip on anything that it sees as food.

Anything that remotely resembles food is food to a pirahna. The only thing you'll get mixing the two is pirahna that can skip a feeding that day.
