Its all about personal preference. I'm not a big fan of faders, actually, I dislike em lol. If you think its a bargain then thats all that matters.

Yes, that depends entirely on whether you like faders or not. Myself I think that it's hard to beat a high quality fader, so for me personally it would be a bonus if the fish fades. With a ZZ RD it creates the potential of having a rather common strain of FH transform into something very unique.

Faders are more rare than average zz. I think they are a lot cooler because you never know if they're going to fade or not. A lot of people like average looking flowerhorns but not me.
