When are they supposed to peel? Mine is 5" and still looks Texan.

some peel earlier and some well peel later...your RT doesn't look like a true RT, kinda has some other mix in it.
 
I know it...I want a real good looking Super Red Texas, that's why I was hoping that yours are the ones
