Red Texas project

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I took what I felt like are some of the better quality fry, out of my 55 gal. And transfered them to my 125 gal. to allow them to grow out faster. Plus I just wanted to separate them from the rest of the batch. Here is a short clip of the results so far. This will show you up close quality on some as well as size compared to my 10 inch non-faded low quality red Texas. The 10in. male RT and my female KKP are possibly the 2nd phase of my A1-RT project. Enjoy!

The key is to do a couple water changes a week about 30% and dnt over dose with to much water conditioner. the tube is out on the bp so u should be in luck soon.

Alright. I'm gonna have to do more changes then. I've been trying to do once a week. But ill try your method. Thanks! Oh and I ended up moving my 10 in. RT and KKP to my 40 Gal. breeder. I needed to get the KKP settled in first so that way the RT will stop chasing her around. So far it looks like its working.

4 month update. These are just the ones that I've separated and put into my 125gal. Enjoy!
