Does the tex have to be the male and a female BP or RD? I hope your plan works out for ya! Are you able to squeeze the sperm out at any time or just when your male has paired with something else?

no it doesnt matter. in fact it would be easier to use a female tex but i just have a male so im doing it this way. and yes i do believe in order to squeeze the sperm out of the fish it also has to be ready to spawn.
