Red Tiger Motaguense and Green Texas breeding

Nice looking fish! I am currently growing out an RTM/jag. hybrid..... I think yours will be really cool if they get the texas look with the orange coloring. keep us updated!

Where do I find pics of the rtm/convicts that you mentioned? I just picked up a convict hybrid (or maybe just a hrp) that has blue between the bars and a red tail.....

Yeah, it's just a type of Green Texas, named after the collection localities. There's a number of common ones. Lahilla, Chairel, Vontehillo, Escondido, Rio Salto essentially. They vary in pearlings, mostly, and base colors, but pearlings definitely. Shape, size, coloration, pattern, distance, etc. etc.

Can see them now. Cute. :P (Tho they all look the same at that stage). XD

About 5mm or so you probably can start seeing *some* distinct traits. Possibly.
 
So I went baby fishing today and OMG!!!!!
