definite female and i think she'll be fine with the fish you've mentiond. the only fish i'd be a bit worried about is the pictus, but if there is other decent sized cichlids in there with her, i'm sure she'll be spending most of ther time interacting with them.

Apperciate this post cause I was wondering how long it would take for my juvi RTM's to color up ............one grew 3x the size of the other 2 with no vertical stripping the other 2 have vertical stripping but still all look whiteish................looks like I still got a few more months til coloration.

I have another growout from the same batch. It is half the size of her. I think it is a male, no red on him whatsoever.
 
Great socklist. and i would agree with female because of color, and body and fin shape.
