I can't find a place that sells a Red Wolf Fish for less then 40 dollars, can you guys help( I live in VA)

Depending on what part of Virginia you're in, you should try The aquarium shop in Beltway plaza. I was there earlier today and they had a tank full of large adult ones at $40-70 depending on size.
