red worms?

ok my female firemouth has these red hair like things comming out of her breeding tube. but if her breeding tube goes in the worm like things go in as well. i just found 2 long red worms in my gravel. the have a black ziz zaged pattern on them. my firemouth seems to be have trouble swimming. any ideas?

Had those not too long ago, had to kill all of the fish because medication was not effective, and the one that would work required a prescription from a vet :/ Bleaching the tank wont kill the ones in the water either so be prepared to remove all the water in the tank and clean thoroughly.
