Red zit/bumb on head of fish

Hey,
My JD has what looks exactly like a huge zit on his forehead. Its a big red bump that is sticking out of his forehead. Any clue what it is or how to get rid of it?
 
let me better explain this. It started off as a red mark on his head, and then it started to bump out and now it is actually a white bump with red around the base of it. Im about to get some pics up so hopefully someone can identify it
 
Well photobucket doesnt seem to want to work right now, but i manage to get one picture on. Hope this helps, you can really see the red in the picture at the base of the bump but its all red around it.

You can somewhat see the white dot on his forehead inbetween his eyes, i have better pics but they are not uploading right now, let me try uploading them again! is there any other service uploaders besides photobucket?
 
Here is an alright picture, photobucket isnt really working so i cant edit the image, but you can see the bump coming off the fish's head.

anyone have any clue? Fungus or bacteria or what it could be? Its litterly looks like a whitehead, a zit that you would get on your face. It sticks out of his forehead and white on the top and red around the base. Anyone ever seen this?
 
hes going through puberty.... but there was a dude that jsut posted about his tsn having this its a parasite ask lupin he's good at this!!
