Redoing My 75 Gallon

I have lots of ammonia present in the tank .50 ppm and nitrites at about .25. Now begins the re-cycle of this tank...
 
No pics, just the videos. I didn't take any during the process but I will when I get back home.
 
New video in a bit!! Can anyone guess why I can't embed youtube videos?? I've tried embeding from two different computers to this account.

I can embed youtube videos on other forums though.
 
What kind of plants do you think I should put in here? I think that I'm going to take out 2 pieces of drift wood and add some type of sword...
I'm going to The Fish Store today and I will see what they have.
