Redtail Catfish Advice?

yeah i went to home depot today to get pvc but they only had 5 foot long pieces and i have no need for so much but i put a little piece of a tube i had and i chased him into it but he just went out the other side and went behind the filter but mqktandy ur project looks like its gonna be nice when done and everyone else thanks for the advice and what not

Its true fish grow bigger in the wild but the cabelas in buda texas, 2 miles from my house, has one that big. Im not even joking, the thing is massive.

im sure every once in a while given enough tank space and good food diet an rtc can reach sizes like this in captivity...... for the most part i have never seen an rtc bigger than 4 ft in captivity..

That's awesome man. Could you tell how thick the glass was and wether it was acrylic or glass

Its glass and its at least an inch thick. There is a 35,000 gallon that has the rtc in it and a 22,000 gallon that has the tsn's in it.
