Hello everyone!

I recently got myself a new RTC. ----"About 6 inches"
I currently have a whisker problem with him, I read many threads about cuting them and that they fall of if they are broken etc.

However in all of those scenarios the whisker is "broken" around the middle.
But in my case the whisker is standing UPWARDS and BACKWARDS all the way from the "head".
Way back, like 45 degrees back, and he is unable to move it down.
The Whisker looks healthy etc. So what do you guys think?

He seems very healthy, okay sure he hangs out at the same spot all day, but swimming around lively and exploring during the night, but so did my last RTC.
He eats like a hippo everyday, afraid he is gonna explode.. Oh right.. its an RTC.. (bottomless)

Cut or leave it be? Would appreciate some sort of tips! Thank you all.

PS: His right whisker is not short or so, just pointing towards the camera.

id prolly leave it as its being positioned there from the base(right of his lip) if it was halfway up his whisker id say go fot it but i dunno !!!! lets see if ant one else chimmes in , he looks fantastic tho!!

if u got it like that u should leave it as is. if not u might be able to cut it at the very bottom be it might be risky.

Yeah im pretty much against cuting...
Also, I dont wanna accidentally cut some roots or so.. and to make it grow back straight I prolly have to cut really far in.. otherwise it might just grow back "up" again..

I guess I'll leave it be and see what happens.. it doesnt look like he's in pain :)

Do not cut it!! I had a TSN that had this and after a couple of months it was OK.
